Empowering Women to Champion their Destiny
Mykesha A. Robinson is the President and Founder of the World Music Commission and she is no stranger to the entertainment industry. With a strong history as a fundraiser, philanthropist and executive event producer, Robinson has held multiple titles and community service awards that have empowered celebrity platforms and international organizations worldwide. As the founder of the Miss Sacramento County USA Pageant for Miss California and the Miss Universe Organization umbrella she has championed education for young women throughout the state of California. In her efforts to educating young women and girls on the democratic process through her programs, she has been dubbed "The Queen of Political Pageantry".
As an African American youth with a troubled past, Robinson overcame the odds and joined the United States Military to specialize in Law Enforcement. With military skills under her belt, she pursued a degree in Psychology and went on to establish her first business as a fundraising consultant. With a niche for helping others and their underdeveloped businesses get a start, she began to consult in economic development and late was employed to produce fundraising events for President Barack Obama's Campaign which led the democrats to victory!
Mykesha spends her time empowering women and youth and a professional public speaker and philanthropist.
